Public Health Nuisance/Human Health Hazard Investigation
A public health nuisance is a thing, act or condition that can cause harm to persons and/or property. Public health nuisances may include housing concerns, indoor air quality, solid waste storage and other environmental concerns, such as mold.
A human health hazard is a situation or condition which exists that is adversely affecting the health of a person and/or the general public.
Complaints are investigated and abatement of violations may be ordered.
